Prescription Medications
Medications prescribed through Eutrophics are based on an individualized medical evaluation and the treating provider’s clinical judgment.
Prescriptions are fulfilled through appropriately licensed pharmacy partners in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements. Eutrophics does not manufacture or directly dispense medications.
Individually Compounded Medications
Certain medications prescribed through Eutrophics may be individually compounded for a specific patient when clinically appropriate and legally permissible.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality in the same manner as FDA-approved commercially manufactured medications.
Compounded medications are prescribed only on an individualized, patient-specific basis following an appropriate medical evaluation and are fulfilled through licensed pharmacy partners.
Eutrophics does not represent compounded medications as FDA-approved products or FDA-approved generic medications.
Special Notice Regarding Retatrutide
Retatrutide is an investigational, experimental drug that has not been approved by the FDA and is not part of the Eutrophics treatment programs.
Eutrophics does not prescribe, sell, dispense, provide, compound, facilitate access to, or accept payment for retatrutide.
Eutrophics does not direct patients to purchase or obtain retatrutide from any pharmacy, supplier, website, or other source for use through our practice.
